Use of the system and violation of any of the terms detailed below may result in a ban at the administration's discretion. Use of the Talker chat system signifies your legally binding agreement to comply with the below stated terms of service.

• Threatening to post, or posting peoples real names, identities, or other information about them without their express consent is prohibited.
  
  
• Talker is not to be used for business or commercial purposes. Advertising at Talker via posts in chat rooms is prohibited.
  
  
• Posting in a manner designed to disrupt the flow of communication within a room (Note:This includes posting very large or lengthy posts, posting malformed html, java, or any other type of post which is designed to disrupt a room) is prohibited.
  
  
• Posting in a manner designed to inflame the occupants of a room is prohibited.
  
  
• Impersonation of Talker users is prohibited.
  
  
• Harassment of Talker users will not be tolerated.
  
  
• Posting any material in contravention of your local laws is prohibited.
  
  
• These terms may be updated without notice.
